What is Therapeutic Coaching?

With traditional therapies, the therapy stops – or at least levels down - the moment you leave the therapist. With therapeutic coaching, you train to become your own therapist whenever you need to be.

You learn strategies to deal with the issues you face and gain tools to overcome the problems that result from them.
