My name is Steve and I work across the UK as a therapist, trainer and coach, helping my clients implement the changes they need to make in their lives to see the progress they are looking for.
I am extremely passionate about helping people make positive changes in their lives. I don’t have a set roadmap that says you must do this and must do that, it’s all about you and your needs. 'All my work is bespoke to your personality and where you are at.
When I work with my clients, I don’t just want to scratch the surface of your life, instead I want to tackle the challenges you are facing, whatever they are. Every client's life experience is unique, but the goal is the same, I want to help set you free from the things that are currently holding you back.
There is no set route to get you from A to B, instead we start by talking and listening, finding out why you feel the way you are feeling so we can move forwards. My commitment to you is that I want to help you develop independence not dependence and work with you to evolve and move on with your life.
The most fulfilling part of my work is when I see the change and positive benefits my therapy makes in the lives of my clients. That is why I do what I do. I truly love my work and want to help you be the best version of you that you can be.
