Hello, and welcome to the Mindsculpture blog.
Our mission is to provide a new,productive and effective approach to helping with mental health. The approach is not always conventional but we love to challenge ‘the norm’ and this is where the most of our success comes from. No offence to ‘Norm’ but a wise person once said ‘If you do what you’ve always done, you will get what you have always got’ (Henry Ford).
The blog will have regularly updated information, stories and general life experience details that will prove to be useful in gaining a greater appreciation of our own mental health and the challenges we all face daily. Our clients are making positive moves towards their goals week in week out and we are proud to be a big part in this. They all understand that by sharing their journey with others they give value to their individual struggles and this highlights their achievements even more. With this in mind, and with their full consent, we anonymously utilise these stories to help others, which has an unbelievably positive impact on those just beginning their journey to great mental health.
